Thank you for shopping with Sol’s Beauty Supplies! We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable delivery options for every order. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are prepared and shipped within one to three business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped. We currently ship within the United States only, and standard delivery typically arrives within three to seven business days after shipment, depending on your location. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We also offer free in-store pickup at our Reading and Pottsville locations. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 24 to 48 hours during normal business hours. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order. Orders not picked up within seven days may be canceled and refunded at our discretion. If local delivery is available in your area, that option will appear at checkout. Local delivery is typically available within a defined radius of our stores and is usually completed within one to two business days after processing. Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate, as failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional delivery fees.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking email within three business days, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at admin@solsbeautysupplies.com for assistance. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sol’s Beauty Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has been fulfilled, address changes cannot be made. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur reshipping fees. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to determine whether you prefer to receive available items and a refund for the remainder, wait until the full order is in stock, or replace the unavailable item with a comparable one (with your approval).
At this time, Sol’s Beauty Supplies does not offer international shipping. We may, in the future, expand our service area, and any updates to this policy will be posted on our website.
