Sol's Beauty Supplies Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions
Earning Points:
Customers will earn 2% in loyalty points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Additional discounts, coupons, or promotional offers cannot be applied when earning loyalty points.
Points are awarded based on the final purchase amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees.
Program Changes and Termination:
Sol's Beauty Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Notice of any changes or program termination will be provided to members via email or through our website.

Redeeming Points:
Customers can redeem their cashback rewards in increments of $5.
Cashback rewards hold no monetary value outside of Sol's Beauty Supplies and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Point Expiry:
Loyalty points earned through the Sol's Beauty Supplies Loyalty Program will expire after 3 months of account inactivity. Account activity is defined as earning or redeeming loyalty points.
Privacy and Consent:
By participating in the Sol's Beauty Supplies Loyalty Program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
Returns and Refunds:
In the event of a return, the refund amount will be calculated based on the final purchase amount after applying any loyalty points to the purchase.
Loyalty points used in the original purchase will not be refunded or reissued.
For example, if a customer purchases items totaling $11, applies a $5 loyalty rewards as a discount, and later returns those items, the refund will be $6, reflecting the actual amount spent, and the loyalty points used will not be restored to the customer's loyalty points balance.
